2. Online Store Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We strive to display products accurately but cannot guarantee exact color representation.
5. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Wearsology operates as a print-on-demand business. Products are made-to-order after purchase and fulfilled by third-party partners. Production times apply before shipping. Minor variations in design placement or color may occur.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, including PayFast. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
7. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Most orders are produced and shipped from the United States. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production and shipping are handled by third-party partners and delivery timelines are estimates.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on location. For customers in the United States, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after production. Delays may occur due to demand, carrier issues, or customs. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details. Because products are made-to-order, returns or replacements are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Content is provided for general information only.

We use third-party providers including payment processors (e.g., PayFast), fulfillment partners, and Shopify hosting. These providers operate under their own policies, and Wearsology is not responsible for their practices.
