Refund & Return Policy

At Wearsology, each product is made to order and printed and shipped from the United States to ensure quality and efficient delivery.

Because all items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

As our products are made-to-order, we do not require customers to return defective items unless specifically requested.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Wearsology is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost and cannot be recovered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
